Article 1

Booking a room implies acceptance of the General Conditions set out below in their entirety.

Article 2 - Duration of stay

The signatory client of this contract concluded for a fixed period may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises.

Article 3 - Booking formalities

After receiving your reservation, we will send you a written confirmation by email - or, failing that, an email address - and invite you to pay the deposit, which will be paid within two days at most. specified on the confirmation. Once this deposit received, the reservation becomes firm. By paying the deposit, you confirm your full agreement with the general conditions specified below. Please note that without payment of the deposit within the time limit, the reservation is not confirmed and that, accordingly, we reserve the right to recover the rooms.

Article 4 - Cancellation or modification of the stay by the client

Any modification is only possible after the written agreement of "La Maison Jaune" and may incur additional costs. We inform you that in case of cancellation of the reservation before the start of the stay, there will be due, as a penalty clause by the client, an indemnity fixed as follows: - if the cancellation occurs more than 15 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded in full; - if the cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the arrival date, the entire payment will remain with "La Maison Jaune", unless we manage to re-let the room (s). In case of early departure during the stay or no show (no show): full payment of the reserved service.
We draw your attention to the fact that no cancellation insurance is included in our prices. It is therefore strongly recommended to subscribe to one.

Article 5 - Cancellation of the stay by the owner

If, before the start of the stay, the owner has to cancel the reservation, he must immediately inform his client by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The customer will then be immediately and fully reimbursed for the amounts he has already paid. He will also receive compensation equal to the penalty he would have borne if the cancellation had occurred by his act on that date.

Article 6 - Capacity of the rooms

A room reservation is made for a specific number of people, including children and babies. If the number of people exceeds this number, the owner is entitled to refuse additional persons or to refuse access. This refusal can in no case be considered as a modification or breach of contract on the initiative of the owner, so that in case of departure of a number of people greater than those refused, no refund can be considered and the balance remains due. If the capacity of the house allows and if the owner wishes, a supplement may be applied according to the usual conditions applied

Article 7 - Arrival time

The arrival and departure times are mentioned in the written confirmation of the reservation. The client must present himself on the day specified when making his reservation, at the earliest at 4.30 p.m. (time of room availability and delivery of keys) and, at the latest, at 7.30 p.m. The client will imperatively notify by telephone if , by force of circumstances, he is forced to arrive after this time slot. Otherwise, we reserve the right to dispose of the rooms without this constituting a cancellation on our part. As much as possible, please do not arrive after 9:30 p.m.

Article 8 - Departure time

The check-out time for the rooms is 11 am at the latest on the day of your departure.

Article 9 - Payment of the balance of accommodation

The balance of the accommodation will be paid upon arrival or departure of the Client using one of the payment methods specified on the booking confirmation.

Article 10 - Change of room

Without the customer being able to claim any compensation, the owner reserves the right to change the room initially reserved by the customer for a room of the same capacity or of higher capacity. In this case, the cost of the reservation remains unchanged.

Article 11 - Pets

Pets can be allowed on prior request at the time of booking and after agreement of the owner. In the event of non-compliance with this clause, the owner may refuse the stay. This refusal can in no case be considered as a modification or breach of contract on the initiative of the owner, so that in case of departure of the customer, no refund can be considered and the balance remains due. Specific terms of stay for pets may be specified by the owner in the internal regulations posted in the accommodation.

Article 12 - Art of living and use of the premises

In order to guarantee the tranquility of the place and the comfort of the guests of "La Maison Jaune", respect for a certain "art of living" is required of all. In particular, it is requested not to smoke inside the rooms and common areas. The customer more generally undertakes to respect the etiquette instructions which will be indicated to him, those which apply to everyone when living in a community and these general conditions of sale.
The customer agrees to return the rooms in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to systematically declare - and to assume financial responsibility - any damage for which they are responsible. It should be noted that the kitchen in the common room is not left to the free disposal of guests. The attention of the hosts is drawn to the fact that minors operating on the property are placed under the sole and entire responsibility of their parents or persons having authority over them. "La Maison Jaune" will not accept any liability for loss, theft and / or damage or injury to property and / or persons on the property, regardless of the cause. < / p>

Article 13 - Insurance

The Customer is responsible for all damage caused by him.

Article 14 - Swimming pool in season

In season, the swimming pool is accessible from 9h to 21h, in harmony with the occupants of the house. The use of the swimming pool is under your sole responsibility. As such, no child is allowed to bathe without the supervision of an adult. It is also prohibited to jump or dive.

Article 15 - Modification of the general conditions of sale

These conditions of sale are subject to change at any time without notice. Acceptance and compliance with these conditions of sale are deemed to have been acquired as soon as the deposit has been paid.

Article 16 - Personal data

"La Maison Jaune" undertakes to comply with the provisions laid down by law:
- Law n ° 78-17 of January 6, 1978, in particular modified by law n ° 2004-801 of August 6, 2004 relating to data processing, files and freedoms,
- Law n ° 2004-575 of June 21, 2004 for confidence in the digital economy.
- General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): European Regulation 2016/679 / EU of April 27, 2016, applicable on May 25, 2018. We undertake not to transmit in any case the information that you have communicated to us to other companies or organizations.
